Start with the raw data. What symbols and predicates do you need to capture the raw data, i.e. the information in the tables on the left and on the right at the bottom of the page? What symbols and predicates do you need to capture the derived data, i.e. the information in the table in the center of the page?

Your second goal is to use your ontology to ask questions about the building design. Write a query that defines the height of the building in terms of your ontology for the raw data. Write a query that defines the footprint of the building in terms of your ontology for the raw data.
