Business Plan (15%)

• Market analysis and opportunity identification
• Competitive analysis and Go-to-market strategy
• Implementation roadmap

Final Presentation (20%)

• 15-minute pitch presentation
• Demo of prototype
• Q&A session with instructors and guests
